David Robert, Partner and Founder, started his career over 20 years ago with a nonprofit. Since then, he has worked for several large technology firms in the US as well as one of the country's largest healthcare organizations.

Most recently, David held the position of CEO at Great Place to Work Middle East, where he helped hundreds of companies create high-performing workplace cultures.
